What is Rocket Lawyer's Cancellation Policy?
Rocket Lawyer memberships can be canceled at any time. Any documents or answers to your legal questions will remain in your account and still be available to you after cancellation.
To initiate the cancellation, sign in to your account. Go to "Account Settings," and locate the "Change Plan" or "Downgrade" button. Rocket Lawyer will offer you the opportunity to downgrade to their $1-a-month Loyalty Plan. This plan allows you to continue creating personal documents for you and your family. If you don't want the Loyalty Plan, select the reason for canceling, and click on the "End My Benefits" button. A confirmation will be sent to the email address connected to your account.
Does Rocket Lawyer Offer Refunds?
Refund requests are handled on a per-case basis. Initiated your refund by calling Rocket Lawyer support or sending an email to [email protected]. You will need the email address associated with your membership in order to speak to a representative about a refund. Refunds from Rocket Lawyer can take from seven to [10] days to process.
