Lorman Cancellation and Refund Policy

Lorman has different cancellation and refund policies for its various products and services. Memberships can be canceled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, but if you access a course during that period, your refund eligibility is waived. For unviewed and unshipped products, live webinars, or seminars, you can cancel within 72 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. Onsite training cancellations made five or more business days prior to the event can result in a refund of half the deposit.
