CLEAR accepts all major credit and debit cards. The subscription is billed annually and renews automatically. You may change your auto-renewal settings by logging in to your account at my.clearme.com and selecting “Change Renewal Settings” or "Cancel."

CLEAR Cancellation and Refund Policy

You have two options for ending your CLEAR membership: you can either cancel your membership or downgrade it. If you do not wish to renew your CLEAR subscription for another year, log into your account and choose the "cancel" option in your account settings.

If you wish to downgrade your membership, you can also do that on your account when you log in. You can downgrade at any time. If you downgrade or cancel with more than 30 days remaining on your membership term, you will receive a prorated refund for the time remaining.
