Ace has free store pickup. You can also opt for a ship-to-home delivery. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the total order. Orders with multiple items are eligible to receive a volume-shipping discount. If you choose delivery from the store, you can get free next-day delivery on in-stock orders that total $50 or more if you are an Ace Rewards member.

Ace’s Return Policy

Ace has made returns easy. You can return items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Return items must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. You can bring your return items to your local Ace. Make sure to bring all necessary documentation and proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed and issued, less the original shipping fee.
