Does Zadig & Voltaire Offer Free Shipping?
They offer complimentary ground shipping in the United States. If you're ordering from the US site, note that you can only ship to US addresses. For EU purchases, you get free delivery on orders over €200.
What is Zadig & Voltaire's Return Policy?
Zadig & Voltaire gives you a "cooling-off" period of 15 days after you receive your purchase. You have a right to cancel your order within that time period. On their website, you can sign into your account to start the return process. If you decide to do so, you can choose if you want store credit, a refund, or an exchange. If you choose store credit, it’s only valid for six months from the date of issue. For a return, Zadig & Voltaire will reimburse you the full cost of the item plus shipping and handling.

How to Apply a Discount Code
Once the item you want is in your bag, click on the bag icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen. A bubble will appear showing the items in your bag. Click the black button that says, "View Bag." Now in your bag, look on the right side of the screen, parallel with the image of the product you're buying. There are drop-down menu buttons in light gray text on a white background. Click on the one that reads "Discount Code." A text box will appear. This is where you enter your code. Then, click the white "Apply" button to the right of it.
