Winc Shipping Policy

Winc members pay a flat fee of $9 for shipping three bottles and get free delivery if the order has at least four bottles in it. Non-members who order from Winc pay a flat delivery fee of $15. Orders will usually ship within three business days of processing. Shipping typically takes three to seven business days, depending on the shipping distance from the fulfillment center. Someone who is at least 21 years old must be available to sign for each shipment.

Winc Return Policy

Winc considers returns on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with your order, submit a support request on the website. Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee of $20.
