TomTom does not offer free shipping. They occasionally offer services attached to devices free of charge but reserves the right to discontinue offering the service free of charge at any time. TomTom will inform you if the service will be offered for a fee in the future.
What is TomTom's Refund Policy?
TomTom accepts the return and refund of products under the 30-day guarantee. Products must be returned with the 30-day window. 30 days begin from the date of delivery. The purchase price will be refunded except for the shipping fee.
