Tesco Delivery Policy
Tesco delivers to most UK residential addresses. To check if Tesco can deliver to you, create an account and enter your address. Depending on what your order consists of, your delivery fee can range from free to L25. Standard home delivery for small items and clothing from Tesco Direct is L3. "Click & Collect" can be free depending on which slot you book. Use Tesco's Delivery Saver to pay a low monthly fee for delivery service across all of Tesco.
Tesco Return & Cancellation Policy
To return Tesco Direct items, initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items purchased from Tesco partners may incur return shipping fees unless your item was damaged upon arrival. Items sold by Tesco can be returned for free to any Tesco location or by mail for the cost of return shipping. View the Tesco Direct return policy for more details. To cancel your Tesco order, log into your Tesco account and hover over "My Account" in the upper right-hand side of the screen. Click on "My Orders," and then find the order you'd like to cancel. Select "Cancel Order" and follow the instructions on the next screen.
Tesco Brand Guarantee
Tesco's Brand Guarantee is a price matching policy that will allow you to receive an instant refund in-store or online by comparing the prices of your items to the prices of similar items at Asda, Sainsbury's, and Morrisons. If your branded items are cheaper elsewhere, you'll be refunded for the difference. To be eligible for Tesco's Brand Guarantee, you'll need to purchase 10 or more items on your shopping trip.
