Does STROOPS Offer Free Shipping?
STROOPS gives you free shipping with most purchases over $50. For orders within the United States, you can expect the item to be shipped within one to five business days. Oversized items typically have a freight charge associated with them, but all resistance bands and accessories are eligible for free shipping. STROOP also offers International Shipping, but the buyer is responsible for the country duties and taxes.
What Is STROOPS Refund Policy?
STROOPS includes a 365-day warranty with all personal products and a 180-day warranty with all commercial orders. To replace, repair, or refund a defective STROOPS product, email the STROOPS customer support team with your receipt and your contact information. On top of their warranty policy, STROOPS has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all resistance bands and anchors. You can request a refund at STROOPS for any reason, but you must write your Return Authorization number on the outside of your package before you send the product by mail.
