Sperry Shipping Policies

All orders over $49 are shipped for free if sent anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. An additional $10 shipping charge is added for orders sent via air service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard shipping generally takes 2–6 business days to arrive, plus 24-48 hours to process and pack your order.

Faster shipping is offered for an additional charge ranging from $5 to $30. Shipping transit times vary, but generally range from 1–4 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Sperry Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the Sperry shoes being shipped, as long as the shoes are still in new, never-worn condition. To initiate a return, log into your Sperry account and print out the return shipping label. Sperry usually processes returns two weeks after they are sent back, and $5 will be taken out of your refund.

Exchanges are always free, though exchange orders will be canceled if the shoes you plan on returning are not received by Sperry within 21 days.

Customizable Sperry products cannot be returned or exchanged.
