Does Sour Patch Kids Offer Free Shipping?
Sour Patch Kids offers free standard ground shipping on orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, they charge a flat standard ground shipping rate of $8.95. They also offer an expedited delivery service option. Please note that during warmer seasons the company may not ship out your order on a Friday if it contains perishable products. Also, the company does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
What Is the Sour Patch Kids Return Policy?
Sour Patch Kids has a 30-day return policy for non-perishable and non-personalized items purchased on their official website. Any items not under these two categories may be returned if they are unwashed and in their original state and packaging.
Unfortunately, all food items and personalized products cannot be returned and refunded unless they are damaged in the shipping process or contain errors due to the company's mistake.
To process a return, customers must first reach out to the Sour Patch Kids customer service team via the "Contact Us" page on their website to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Products must then be shipped back within 30 days of the date of purchase and include the Return Authorization Number given by customer service.
Please note that if the product is returned due to the company's mistake, Sour Patch Kids will offer to cover the return shipping cost. However, if you decide that you no longer want an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and the company will not cover the shipping cost.
