Redeeming a REI Promo Code

1. Head to rei.com to shop for your outdoor gear needs.
2. Search for products or browse categories and add items to your cart.
3. When you’re ready to checkout, click the shopping cart in the upper right-hand corner and select “Proceed to checkout.”
4. On the next page, sign into your REI Co-op account or check out as a guest.
5. Once you’re on the “Review and Pay” page, scroll down and click “Apply a coupon.”
6. Enter your REI promo code in the box and click “Apply.”
7. If your coupon code is valid, your discount will be automatically applied to your REI order.

REI Shipping Policy

REI Co-op members receive free shipping on all purchases. For everyone else, REI offers free standard shipping for most orders that total at least $50. Two-Day and One-Day shipping are also available for an extra fee.

REI Return Policy

If you’re an REI Co-op member, most items purchased from rei.com can be returned within 1 year of delivery. For non-members, the return window is 90 days. Products with manufacturing defects can be returned at any time.
