First Class Mail standard shipping costs $4.99 and typically arrives in three to five business days. For $9.99, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for a two- to three-day turnaround time. If you need expedited delivery, Original Grain offers FedEx 2-Day shipping for $14.99 and Overnight delivery for $35.
Original Grain Return Policy
You can return sealed, unworn Original Grain watches and rings for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. The company will accept engraved watch returns up to 14 days after the delivery date, but you must pay a $35 restocking fee. If your return is shipped with a free gift, you must return that item in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Original Grain will provide a free return shipping label (for domestic orders) once you initiate the return process.
