1. Shop Loft.com for the items you want. When you are happy with your find, use the “Add to Bag” button on the product page or the “Quick View” window to select it.
2. When you’re ready, hover over the back icon in the top right corner to summon the slighting popup window with your cart summary. If you’re satisfied with your selections, click the black “Checkout” button to proceed.
3. On the right side of the screen, beneath your order summary, you will find a box labeled “Have a Promo Code?”
4. Type or paste your code into this box and click the “Apply” button. Your estimated total should update automatically.

LOFT Shipping Policy

LOFT is happy to ship your order anywhere in the US and Puerto Rico, as well as internationally. You can choose from standard, 3-day, business, and next-day business shipping options. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders that are less than $100 will ship at a flat rate of $8.95. Standard shipping is only available in the contiguous United States, however.

LOFT recommends orders be placed by 3 p.m. EST to ensure prompt delivery, especially on Fridays, as they do not ship on weekends or holidays.

LOFT Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your LOFT purchases, but you can return items even beyond that timeframe. After 45 days, you'll simply receive store credit for the item's current price. Note that LOFT online orders can't be returned at Ann Taylor Outlet or Factory stores.

If you want to exchange by mail, call 1-888-563-8444 for the LOFT Quick Exchange Service, and they'll waive shipping fees.

If something you purchased is marked down within 7 days of purchase, LOFT provides a price adjustment. This is only for in-store offers.

About LOFT

In 1954, the first Ann Taylor store was opened by founder Richard Liebeskind. Since then, the company has changed its brand name to Ann Inc. and created five divisions. Among them, LOFT itself was established in 1998. While still very chic, LOFT provides more relaxed and casual fashions for women than the Ann Taylor label.

In July 2020, Ascena, parent company of Ann Inc, filed for chapter 11. Sycamore Partners acquired them, LOFT, and sister brands such as Ann Taylor, Lou & Grey, and Lane Bryant. Despite the unfortunate circumstances of the change, the new ownership retained many of the stores, associates, and corporate operations connected to LOFT and their sister brands.
