What Is KORA Organics’ Return Policy?
KORA Organics will refund or replace any product if it is unopened and unused. You must return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Include the original packaging, proof of purchase, and order information. They will not refund freight, customs, or import fees if applicable. KORA will not refund or exchange products that have been opened. The exception is if an item caused an adverse skin reaction or is in some way defective. You must return the item in the original packaging. If they determine that it was, indeed, defective, they will pay all shipping costs. However, if they decide that it wasn't defective, you will be charged for shipping.
