Shipping is free on all orders and will arrive in 5–10 business days, except in situations beyond Kobo’s control (i.e., postal delays). What Is Kobo’s Cancelation Policy?

Shoppers have 30 calendar days after the date of purchase to return their product in its original condition to Kobo. Items marked "Final Sale", including Kobo eGift cards, are non-refundable.
To return your item(s), visit Kobo’s Order Status page, enter your order information, and select “Return Items” in the top-right corner. If you wish to exchange, select “Request Assistance” in the top-right corner to connect with Kobo’s customer care team via the Kobo Help Center.
Kobo will provide a prepaid return label upon approval of a return request. It’s the customer’s responsibility to package items for return, print the label, and ship. Upon receipt of the returned product, Kobo will refund the order cost to the payment method charged at the time of purchase, less any applicable restocking fees.
