iRobot Return and Exchange Policy
iRobot accepts product returns and exchanges for damaged or defective orders. If your order arrives damaged, you have 30 days to contact Customer Care for further instructions. You are responsible for any return shipping charges if you don’t contact iRobot's Customer Care within 30 days of delivery.

Make sure to keep the upper portion for your records and references. Send your return package through UPS or insured Parcel Post. Refunds do not include gift wrapping and shipping costs.
