Image Skincare uses, at its discretion, either FedEx or USPS for all shipments within the US. All orders will generally ship within one business day. During peak times, orders may take two to three business days to ship from order placement. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Image Skincare does not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or customers outside the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii. Image Skincare's Returns Policy

If you have a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number from Image Skincare's Customer Care Department at 1-855-791-5800, you can return any unopened, unused retail products for a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer.

All return requests for eligible goods with a purchase date greater than 30 days from the initial purchase may be returned if there is an expiration date of one year or more from the date of the RMA request. Returns for goods with a purchase date greater than 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the actual price paid for the products.

All returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
