Nomad Shipping Policy

Most orders ship via USPS or FedEx Ground, and consequently, the shipping fees will depend on the size and weight of your order. However, orders over $150 qualify for free ground shipping. Packages usually arrive at their destination in 4-5 business days, but it may take longer.

Expedited shipping options are available for a greater fee.

Nomad Return Policy

If you’re not happy with a Nomad product, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of the date that it was shipped. The refund does not include any shipping fees you paid. To qualify for a refund, your item must look new and come in the original packaging. If the company decides that the product looks like it’s been used or if the packaging isn’t intact, it will return it to you. To get started with a return, go to the support page and click the "Start a Return or Exchange" button. Usually, returns take a week to process.

Found a defect in one of your Nomad products? The company will replace it or give you store credit during the two-year warranty period. For cables, the warranty period is five years.
