Grenade’s Return Policy

Grenade's 28-day return policy covers apparel items, but it does not usually cover perishable foods. You can, however, return defective or damaged packages of perishable food if you can prove that your items arrived in faulty condition. To request a refund for damaged goods, you must email Grenade customer service with your full order number, product name, and pictures of the items you are returning. Apparel items must be returned in new condition with all of the original tags still attached.
