Dunelm’s Return Policy
Dunelm accepts returns or exchanges within 28 days of purchase. All returned and exchanged items must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging and tags intact. Customers must bring proof of purchase.
All refunds will be made back to the original tender type. For in-store purchases where mixed payment methods have been used, Dunelm will need to process the refund in the order of gift cards, then credit/debit card and cash will be the last amounts to be refunded.
