CozyWinters Shipping Policy
Free shipping is offered to addresses in the contiguous United States on orders totaling $75 or more. Do note that oversized items may not qualify for free shi[[ing and will require freight shipping with additional costs. Other shipping rates and options can be found here.
CozyWinters Return Policy
Items purchased from CozyWinters have a return window of 30 days from the date of shipment. Return items must be in new, unused, sellable condition, and be in its original packaging with its accessories, parts, and paperwork.
To initiate a return, contact CozyWinters customer service via phone or email to request a Retirn Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely pack your return items and write the RMA on the outside of the package. Enclose a copy of the delivery invoice and send to the address below:

Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used less the original shipping fee. return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in the case of damaged items or items shipped in error on CozyWinters' part.
