You can return your order for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Collections Etc. provides an Easy Return label to make the process simple. Call Customer Service and ask them to send you one or you can print one right at your computer. Go to the bottom of the home page and look for the third column, labeled Our Policies. Click on Returns & Exchanges and then click on Easy Return Labels. If you want to exchange your item, fill out the Exchange Request form on the back of your invoice, and then follow the steps above for returns. If your purchase is broken or damaged, or if Collections Etc. sends you the wrong item, call Customer Service right away.

Collections Etc. ships to the whole United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all US Territories, and all APO/FPO addresses. Shipping costs are based on the cost of your order. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
