To see the other two sections find Menu/All Departments on the upper left, directly below the Collections Etc. logo. A drop-down menu appears when you click on it. The last two entries on the drop-down are Sale and Clearance. There are lots of bargains at each of them.
The Clearance section has a price filter on the left sidebar, so you can limit your search to things that fit your budget. Don’t overlook the section labeled Up to $4.97, where you’ll see deals for pillow shams, curtains and other pleasing items at rock-bottom prices.

What is the Collections Etc. Return Policy?

You can return your order for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Collections Etc. provides an Easy Return label to make the process simple. Call Customer Service and ask them to send you one or you can print one right at your computer. Go to the bottom of the home page and look for the third column, labeled Our Policies. Click on Returns & Exchanges and then click on Easy Return Labels. If you want to exchange your item, fill out the Exchange Request form on the back of your invoice, and then follow the steps above for returns. If your purchase is broken or damaged, or if Collections Etc. sends you the wrong item, call Customer Service right away.

Where Does Collections Etc. Ship To?

Collections Etc. ships to the whole United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all US Territories, and all APO/FPO addresses. Shipping costs are based on the cost of your order. They are listed on the Shipping Information page. (At the bottom of the home page, look under Customer Service. Shipping Information is third on the list.) Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
