Standard shipping costs are $5 for orders under $49, and all orders may take 14-21 business days to ship. When available, expedited shipping commonly takes two to three business days, and express shipping commonly takes one to two days if you place an order before 3 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST under these shipping options require an extra day. Some products do not qualify for express or expedited shipping. Boden mostly ships in the US and UK, but it can send international orders through Global-e.

What is Boden's Return Policy?

Return items for a full refund within 90 days. Exchange items up to 365 days from purchase in good condition for a store credit or a similarly priced item after the 90 day period. Except for final sale items, you have seven days to return sale items so that the store has time to restock the item before the sale ends. Fill out the return form that came with the shipment and include it with the parcel, or print one from your online account. Boden began as a mail-order business when British founder Johnnie Boden sketched some men's designs in 1991.
