What is Bally's Return and Exchange Policy?

All Bally orders, except shoe care products, can be returned for a refund free of shipping charges. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date of the product.

To return an item, go to your Account and enter your order details under “Check Order.” Select the item you wish to return and select a return reason.

Read and tick to accept the terms and conditions. Carefully pack your returns, taking care to include the return notes. Attach your prepaid return label on top of the carton. Drop off your return at any UPS drop-off location.
