If you're not happy with the item you buy, reach out to their Consumer Care Center within 30 days of receiving your order, and they will help take care of getting a full refund. With some items, though, you might need to pay a restocking fee when you return them. Be aware that if you buy something through eBay, Amazon Warehouse Deals, or other re-sellers, the Avery website does not offer refunds on those items.

How to Apply a Discount Code
Once you add an item to your cart, the site will automatically take you to the checkout screen. On the screen, there will be a picture of your product on the left-hand side. Directly under that picture are the words, "Promo Codes." Under "Promo Codes" is a text box that reads, "Enter promo code." This is where you type in your code. Then, hit the white "Apply" button that connects to the right-hand end of the Promo Code text box.
