AOP’s Return Policy

If you don’t, AOP will deduct a $20 fee from your return total. Refunds can take between four and eight weeks to process, and all credits are returned to your original form of payment. You can return materials to LIFEPAC and Horizons but only if they’re intact and in new condition

If you bought a yearly subscription to Monarch, you have up to 30 days to get a 100% refund. Between 31 and 60 days from activation, you can get an 80% return. AOP does not allow returns after 60 days or for monthly subscriptions. Switched-On Schoolhouse products have the same return policy as Monarch. However, you’ll need to pay the return shipping fees, and all materials must be present and in excellent condition.
