All purchases made via TodayTix are final and cannot be refunded. If you wish to modify your order, you need to call TodayTix immediately at +1 (855) 464-9778 for U.S. customers and +44 800 802 1403 for U.K. clients.
However, if you buy Ticket Protection, you’ll be able to cancel your order up to 24 hours before your showing and get the ticket price and transaction fees back as a voucher. You’ll have to buy it at time of purchase, though; you cannot retroactively purchase Ticket Protection.
