Nuuly’s Shipping Policy

Free shipping and returns are included with your Nuuly subscription. If you need to return an item outside of your regular shipment, you would need to pay the shipping costs. Nuuly does not currently offer overnight shipping. Once your order is placed, you can expect processing to take up to two business days and delivery to take up to three business days.

Nuuly’s Return Policy

Free returns are automatically included in your Nuuly subscription. At the end of the month, place everything back into your Nuuly bag, attach the prepaid return label, and drop the package off at your nearest UPS pickup site. If an item is not returned to the distribution center at the end of the month, Nuuly will charge your card on file for the cost of that item.
