Michele’s Shipping Policy

Michele Watches offers standard and next-day shipping to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days. Delivery to rural routes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is also freely available, but shipping will take longer: 7–10 business days for rural routes and 3-5 weeks for military addresses.

Two-day and overnight shipping options are available for orders inside the continental US, but have fees of $20 and $30, respectively.

Michele’s Return and Exchange Policy

Nichele offers free returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will accept returns of items bought online from Michele.com within 90 days of purchase. Make sure that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Do not forget to include the original proof of purchase and packing slip invoice. Process your return through the homepage, then print out your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and take it to your local FedEx store or drop box. Don’t forget to note the tracking number so you can follow its journey home!
