Knix Shipping Policy

Knix offers free standard shipping in the United States on orders of $75 or more; no coupon code is required. Orders usually need 1-3 business days for processing. Orders under the minimum will cost $10 to ship.

International orders of $150 and more will also ship for free. Orders under this minimum will need to pay $20 for shipping. Canadian orders can go through Knix.ca, but otherwise need to meet a minimum of $95 CAD or pay a $12 CAD shipping fee.

Knix Return Policy

Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Knix will cover the costs of returns and exchanges made through the Return and Exchange portal.
